- Rapid venting: Enables quick release of gas from the airbag pump, increasing pump operating speed and shortening the work cycle.
- Simple and reliable structure: the valve spool is driven to move by deformation of its lip, thereby switching between intake and exhaust, which minimizes stalling and jamming.
- Excellent corrosion resistance: Made from polypropylene (PP), it exhibits outstanding heat resistance and exceptional resistance to corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, salts, and oxidizing agents, making it suitable for a wide range of harsh operating conditions.
- One-way exhaust: This is a unidirectional directional control component that allows gas to flow in only one direction and prevents backflow, thereby preventing gas from flowing backward within the bellows pump and protecting components such as solenoid valves from corrosion caused by backflow.
- Noise Reduction: When connected to a silencer, it effectively reduces exhaust noise, creating a relatively quiet working environment.
