When the pump discharge pressure is 0.1 MPaG or higher, the deviation shall be within ±12.5% of the discharge pressure; when the pump discharge pressure is less than 0.1 MPaG, the deviation shall be within 0.03 MPa.

1. To achieve the pump’s performance specifications, the piping must be connected using the nominal pipe sizes specified above. In addition, the length of the piping on the pump inlet (IN) side should be limited to no more than 2 meters.
To achieve the pump’s performance, it is necessary to use piping with the connection caliber specified above. In addition, please ensure that the pipeline run on the pump inlet (IN) side does not exceed 2 meters in length.
  2. The pump connection ports vary in configuration depending on the type of pipe fitting; therefore, please provide specific instructions regarding this when placing your order.
  3. The allowable differential pressure for the pump’s bellows equals the supply air pressure minus the discharge pressure.
  4. The values are for reference only. Always operate at a stroke rate of no more than 100 strokes per minute (spm); however, it is recommended to keep the rate below 90 spm.
These values are reference values. Be sure to operate within 100 strokes per minute (spm); however, the PS-30M must be operated within 90 strokes per minute (spm).
