Product Features
- The material used is a special PTFE with outstanding flexural fatigue resistance. The bellows’ bending sections feature an R-shaped design, which effectively extends product life. Each bellows is marked with a unique serial number to facilitate materials management. From molding and machining to assembly, the entire production process is carried out in our company’s cleanroom under an integrated manufacturing system, ensuring superior product quality.
- The lip-type structure employs a high-contact-pressure, line-contact confinement design. This design effectively prevents the reduction in contact pressure caused by deformation of similar resins. It fully leverages the sealing expertise we have accumulated as a manufacturer of liquid seals.
- Thanks to its modular design with replaceable components, the equipment can be reused after maintenance, thereby making a positive contribution to environmental protection.
- We have adopted a slip ring developed in-house, which leverages the material’s inherent superior lubricity to achieve grease-free lubrication and maintenance-free operation. Drawing on years of accumulated fluid-sealing expertise, our company has successfully applied these technologies to high-performance fluoropolymer materials.
