※1) To obtain the performance of this pump, pipes with the above pump port diameter must be used. In addition, please keep the piping distance on the inlet (IN) side of the pump within 2 meters.
※2) The pump port varies depending on the type of pipe fitting, so please be sure to provide this information when ordering.

※4) The values are reference values. Please be sure to use it within a stroke speed of 100 strokes per minute (spm) (However, PS-30M must be within 90 strokes per minute (spm)).

Remarks:
If the fluid used is an organic liquid, etc., and explosion-proof processing is required, we have pumps equipped with explosion-proof specification proximity sensors. Please consult separately.
If the fluid used is chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) slurry, we recommend using the "PC silicone slurry pump" specifically for CMP slurries.
